  Unfortunately I had the worst experience of my life with Coldwell Banker Property Managament. I decided to rent from Coldwell Banker because I was a licensed real estate agent with their real estate team and trusted the company. I needed a house to rent for one year while my home was being build in New Braunfels. I signed my lease with Anna Jackson and she was my property manager, before the lease was even signed Ms. Jackson was very rude and unprofessional. I decided to proceed forward with the lease in hopes it was just a bad day for her. A few weeks after moving into the house I was being harassed by Ms. Jackson to mow the grass, maintain the garden and repair bricks that had been slighted moved. I tried working with Ms. Jackson and eveything was a BATTLE with her. She would drive by my house often and ask me to fix things that were not even wrong. I tried to get out of my lease due to harassment and unprofessional characteristics of Ms. Jackson and she handled the situation unethically and did not fufill her obligation as a property manager and do her fiduciary duty in representing the homeowner. I had to call 5 different people in management to express my concerns, finally after a month battle I was able to get out of my lease. I encourage everyone to please read the reviews with this company and really do your research on the management company you are signing your lease with. There is a reason why the are rated so low. I wish everyone the best of luck in their house renting endeavors.
