    Really beautiful property. Coming from Houston the view is spectacular. I am in the back and was worried about noise from ten and I can't hear anything even with construction. The western view and sunsets are awesome. The balconies and HUGE and they have a nice pool and dog park. They are working on a splash pad. The office staff is amazing. When I was moving in I totally spaced on water and came to the office as a team member was leaving and he returned just to let me in and get water from the amenity fridge. That is above and beyond let me tell you. Everyone who is in the office is absolutely the best and I am soo happy o chose to live here. I visited almost twenty different apartments in the area and with the new residents special and the strong connection I felt with the office staff lead me to chose here. I don't regret it at all. Check them out I know you won't either. Excuse the moving mess next to the kitchen but I am in love!

    I am new to Boerne and am making an offer to purchase a house. I emailed this firm to handle the title work and I wanted to meet with them to see how long it would take for them to do the title work. They basically blew me off and said they didn't have time to meet.

    I'm a Realtor, and have held an open house at Mirabel. It is convenient to local employers and near Interstate 10. The home I hosted at the time was about 106 dollars per square foot. That's a pretty good value in this part of San Antonio, considering I could see the Dominion from the front porch! If you have further questions just let me know how I can help you!

    Boerne has a real gem in Ms Sue's Art Studio! My teenager has been taking classes from her for nearly three years and I have taken several adult classes as well. Sue brings out creativity in all ages and skill levels and can make everybody who says, "I'm not artistic." feel like an artist.
